The resource never sends player names, game or Discord identifiers, chat or voice.

From owners and visitors

Your email, when you claim a server, sign in or write to us. Used for sign-in links, your plan and replies.
A one-way hash of your IP address, for rate limits. We don't store the address itself.
A Discord webhook URL, if you set up the morning report.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The claim page keeps your sign-in session in your browser's local storage.

Who processes it

Cloudflare runs the service and its database.
Netlify hosts this website.
Resend delivers our emails.
Tebex handles payments as the seller of record; we receive your email and plan, never card details.
Deepgram turns fixed radio lines into audio. It receives the line's text only.

We don't sell data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Per-call logs are deleted after 30 days. Hourly counts and monthly totals stay while your server exists, so reports and plan usage work. Rate-limit hashes are deleted after 2 days, and sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. Contact messages are deleted a year after they arrive, once handled. Anything tied to your email is deleted on request.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion through the contact form and we'll do it within 30 days. You can also stop the resource at any time; it sends nothing while stopped.
