Terms of service

Last updated 26 October 2026. Written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us.

1. What these cover

These terms cover the Overshift FiveM resource, the hosted service it talks to, and this website. By running the resource or using the site, you agree to them. "We" means Overshift; "you" means the server owner or anyone using the site.

2. The free plan

The free plan needs no account. It includes the limits shown on the pricing section. We may change free limits with 30 days' notice on this site.

3. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are sold through Tebex, which acts as the reseller and handles payment, tax and invoices. A plan attaches to every server you claim with the email you used at checkout. Plans renew monthly until you cancel in Tebex. Prices may change; a change applies from your next renewal, and we give at least 30 days' notice.

4. Refunds

  • If Overshift isn't right for your server, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that first month in full. No form, no questions.
  • After that, cancelling stops the next renewal. The current month runs to its end and then your servers drop back to the free plan, keeping their settings.
  • If an outage on our side stops paid features for more than 24 hours in a month, ask and we credit or refund that month.

Ask through the contact form with the email you used at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Overshift to break the law, to break the Cfx.re or Rockstar terms your server already follows, to resell or rebrand the service, to probe or overload our systems, or to get around plan limits. We may suspend a server that does, and we'll tell the owner why.

6. The resource

You may run and configure the resource on servers you operate. Its files stay ours; please don't republish them. Call text comes from written templates and is suitable for a mature roleplay setting; you are responsible for which call types you enable on your server.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and publish its state on the status page, but we can't promise it will never be down. When it is, the resource falls back to its built-in call library.

8. If Overshift ever closes

We will give at least 60 days' notice by email and on this site, stop taking renewals, and refund any time you've paid for beyond the closing date.

9. Liability

Overshift is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced here 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Overshift is not approved, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
